Supervision of the Human Resources Team for the Redmond Division; covering Redmond and up to the Canadian Border. Implementation of new hiring programs, a member of the District Retention Committee and a member of the Millennial Business Resource Group.

Provide support and tactical implementation in the areas of Organizational Training, Performances Management, Health and Safety, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and Workforce Planning. Provide solutions to management for the implementation of HR initiatives.

Human Resources role in charge of all aspects of interviewing and hiring for Inside Manual Positions at a UPS HUB through external relationships, while creating a program to build retention, growth and employee satisfaction.

Generating new contacts and building relationships that will open the door to opportunities for employment at UPS. This is done by working closely with Universities, Non-Profit Organizations, Veteran’s Groups and many others. Communication, organization and public speaking skills are essential in this position.

On a company wide scale I helped with district trainings during the holiday seasons and company trainings of new hires in the US and Canada as part of Sephora's Education Team and Traveling Team Substitute. In store on a daily basis I created a motivating environment for the team through goals and growth. I managed all aspects of the business including scheduling, projections and loss prevention; as well as recruiting, hiring & development.

On a company wide scale I helped with the creation of a management training program that was used within my district and later used to create a company program. On a daily basis I managed payroll, visual presentation, recruiting, hiring and development. I also managed and motivated people within my store and district through mentoring, motivation and goal setting.

As the right hand to the store manager I worked on a daily basis to goal set and motivate the sales team. Among other duties, I excelled in sales and management team training, managing visual presentation projects and loss prevention maintenance.
