I head one of Osem-Nestle’s key Business Unit which includes three high profile brands – Bamba, Bissli and Fitness multigrain snack, and I manage the BU’s strategic and long-term innovation pipeline, including a P&L in hundreds of millions NIS.I am responsible for defining and executing business development activities (entering new categories and exiting existing categories/products) and for leading brand communications on all media channels (TV, digital & social media). I am in charge of anything from forecasting and analyzing market trends, through the development and introduction of innovations and renovations to the snacks category from concept to launch, as I recently did with the Fitness brand, which I successfully introduced as a “Better for You” snack. In addition, I manage an on-going process to improve products’ nutritional values and wellness perception in collaboration with dieticians and the application group, in compliance with Nestle’s best practices and the new Ministry of Health regulatory guidelines.I am a member of the Confectionary Division Management Board.Special projects include:✱ Successfully led an increase in the Bamba brand’s market share bringing it to its highest in the last ten years (2020) ✱ Won the golden Cactus award with two Bamba campaigns: the “hug from afar” campaign with Eden Alene during the Covid lockdown (2020), and "Bamba spreads love" with Shlomi Shabat (02/2021) ✱ The new Bamba visitor's center (2018-2021): managed the entire project from concept to completion including the development of a digital ticket platform & data collection, concept store and merchandise✱ Created an effective communications language for the Bissli brand with singers Itai Levy & Eden Darso (02/2021)✱ Effected a turnaround in profitability in several brands/categories (2012, 2015, 2019)
