Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for several departments (Tech & Non-tech) with details:- Designing contents & interesting job advertisements to certain available job positions- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards- Source and recruiting potential talents through sourcing, screening, and selecting process on various job portals, social media, and other database- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes- Provide complete and documented recruiting reports to the team- Prepare the job offer for selected candidates, including details about salary, benefits, and other relevant details
