Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating organizational and individual performance; Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals; Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to achieve performance goals.

After a year as a Trainee at Center of Excellence I was invited to assume a Senior position at projects department where I've the following roles:- Lead multidisciplinary teams in specific projects in the Center of Excellence area, ensuring delivery within the defined requirements with the direct leadership and/or stakeholders.- Conduct process analysis, identifying opportunities to changes and use mathematical models and IT algorithms, in order to ensure their continuous improvement and alignment with the company processes.- Implement solutions developed with internal customers, ensuring results and capturing financial and quality benefits.

Leading teams of innovation and continuous improvement projects for the entire organization through the Center of Excellence, using engineering concepts, lean six sigma and IT solutions to automate processes.

Acting as SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) responsible for 4 sites.Development of reliability and quality in the supply of materials from partner companies through methods based on continuous improvement and CoQ. Conducting external supplier audits. Problem solving through NCR's generated by internal customers and implementing solutions to contain recurrences. Continuous monitoring of relevant KPI's to the supply chain organization.

Contracts and suppliers development.Conducting a CDD (Counterpart Due Diligence) assessment, assisting in the management of the pre-qualification process for new suppliers, applying questionnaires and assessments, ensuring compliance with the company's requirements whenever requested.Assistance in encouraging the inclusion of new suppliers able to meet technical and legal requirements, in terms of quality, safety, environmental protection, social responsibility and sustainability aspects in the list of approved suppliers.Assistance in the management of the registered supplier base, making sanitation of suppliers without movement in the last 18 months, assistance in the development of activities inherent to the Supplier Development sector, contributing to the good performance and meeting the pertinent attributions to the sector.

Service to the general public and assist in the search and issuance of civilians documents at Civil Police (ID, work permit and criminal record).
