Job Responsibilities : ● Direct and administer the Factory Managers for smooth execution of production in the factory as per the buyers� specifications and meet the shipment schedule. ● Maintain the quality of the garments and providing necessary guidelines to the factory managers to ensure quality. Constantly guiding the teams keeping in mind the target dates and also the challenges during the production at the same time ensuring high quality and high productivity. ● Supervise the production plans on regular basis and implement to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of shipment. ● Scientific group planning and follow up total production flow by and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization. ● Conduct training for operational sustainability. ● Figure out deviations and assists in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period. ● Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. ● Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning information support and analysis. ● Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the supply chain ● Provides the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiencies. ● Build and supply professional individual to the various operational wings across the group for sustainable development. ● Application of core industrial engineering concepts to woven garments manufacturing processes ● Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker. ● Ensure the optimum productivity of factory managers in accordance with the IE requirements.

The project is vertical garment manufacturing unit as totally in charge for the garment division (Responsible for the production & total Administration).The factory was restart and implement new system. I was trained all categories for the relevant department workers and staff newly. Also I have introduced some motivational programs among the employees for the better productivity and quality standard. I was promoted this factory to take higher standard with my Sri Lankan and local staff.

Fleece tops & Bottoms 03 Button Polo and Long sleeve short sleeve twill shirts for U.S.A, U.K & Ireland. Label - primark Frout of the Loom Blue generation. Also during this period I started plaza 3 factory unit the nearest location newly with Egyptian staff and workers according to my plan and layout during my service their I met my target,
