CurrentEnsuring that web products meet company requirements, and deliver a consistent experience for our clients and users. And managing all global web team members, collaborating with the product & project managers, as well as guiding and deciding the all web strategies and goals.- Managing software design and development, database design and development, and system integration at a global level for our whole portfolio of 30+ websites- Leading and mentoring multiple web development teams (on and offshore)- Estimating work, plans and monitoring delivery schedule, tasks, milestones at various stages from inception till delivery- Estimating new project timelines, cost, and resource needs- Providing progress, timelines, and deliverables to client stakeholders- Working with project managers and developer teams to ensure solutions are delivered timely and on budget- Producing applications in a sometimes hands-on capacity by writing .NET source code (C#), developing databases using Microsoft SQL Server and integrating solutions with various e-commerce and enterprise software platforms- Develop overall technical strategies for internal clients from technical requirements- Overseeing the team to perform a mix of maintenance and new development as required- Research technical issues and provide recommendations to enhance websites- Managing code review sessions with developers and suggesting improvements or alternate approaches when appropriate- Other duties in line with the above
