Excellent exposure to Maintenance of Utilities like Compressors, Chillers, Boilers/ HVAC systems, Water treatment plants, DG Sets, etco Co ordination with government organizations & other related agencieso Ensuring effective implementation of all Engineering Policies & Procedures. Implementing effective and efficient day to day Repair, Maintenance and Technical Service operationso On Standardization and implementation of JCI and NABH initiatives o Providing services as required maintaining equipment, building and grounds in optimumo Maintaining the building and grounds with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protectiono Emphasizes customer satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvemento Assist in managing the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, water treatment and life safety systems.o Inspect and evaluate the physical conditions of facilities in order to determine the type of work required o Preparation and control of annual maintenance department budgetso Overall responsibility for adherence to local laws, especially labor laws, pollution control laws, fire and explosives, safety, electrical installations etc
