Current1) Ageas Federal life insurance - Perform techno functional lead role of solution designing and understanding requirements to achieve goal in specified time frames. Worked in diverse role in project including areas Client Management and coordination with Majesco seniors along with required reporting on daily and weekly basis, including weekly meetings, Currently managing team of 22 team membersSolution architect by providing breakthrough solutions and stable architecture with multiple module implementations single handedly, which is well appreciated by Ageas CTO,AVP and CFO and Majesco Management. Able to bridge GAP between users and MAJESCO, AGEAS ITProject resource management including interviews at organization level ,KRA management for team and rewards and recognition.Having extensive hands on experience in Elixir (Individual life insurance) in modules likes New business, servicing and claims and FinanceSuccessfully lead Data migration from Elixir to Life asia (DXC), worked extensively and monitor phase each till closure.2) Elixir CMS integration- This is as integration of two different applications of Mastek (Elixir and CMS) . We have also migrated product from Oracle 9i to Oracle 10g. We have team size of 15 and I was working from database side in integration which is 1st integration of ELIXIR-with CMS in mastek life cycle for which we received an award in Path –Less traveled category. End to end analysis of two application and decide data flow. We did policy module integration with CMS.3) Capita Life and Pensions UK.-- This module is developed for batch processing activity. We have team of 4 members to develop this solution. My role in this project to prepare email solution for sending batch processing errors and batch pre-validation errors to authorized users. Prepared solution to send email from oracle with attachment and without attachment (using encoding/decoding and UTL SMTP) and job scheduling for this activity.
