1. Involved in Full life Cycle of Sales Recruitment;2. Extensive knowledge on US Tax terms and visas;3. Marketing H1B/Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements;4. Broadcasting the consultants profile to Vendors on regular basis;5. Actively involved in screening resumes through Internet recruiting like Monster, Dice and CareerBuilder, etc;6. Maintaining updated database of Candidates Resumes and Vendors list;7. Maintaining friendly rapport with the consultants;8. Predominantly catering C2C requirements;9. Understanding the requirement and researching it;10. Short listing the resumes as per Client needs;11. Interacting with the candidates, giving them briefly about the position, roles and responsibilities and technical requirement;12. Gathering rate confirmation and authorisation of the candidates (from employers) before initiating resume(s) submissions;13. Communicating to the candidates and following up with the candidates till their joining;14. Responsible for maintaining constant communication with candidates and clients;15. Working in a fast paced environment where I interact with Clients and Hiring managers;16. Good communicator with Strong Public Relation Management and Team Management skills;17.
