JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation of Shop drawing from the main assembly drawing. Preparation of Bill of quantity. Qualifying welders (WQT) as per approved WPS & PQR. Allocating work to the work force( Supervisor, Foreman & Technicians) Conducting the tool box talk at site about the daily work activities. Preparation of raw materials required for fabrication ( pipe & Pipe fittings) as per Client approved. Monitoring of work progress on site to reach the daily target. Preparation of Daily & Weekly progress report. Inspection of fabricated pipe spools ( Damage checking, Quality of welding & NDT Activities UT, RT, MPI) Preparation of QC reports for fabrication, Hydro testing & Installation. Hydro test preparation as per drawing requirements. Preparation of Hydro test. To check the testing setup and testing equipment for Hydro test. Conducting the hydro test as per the drawing requirements. Installation of the fire detection, Control and Extinguishing system Quality assurance to NFPA and ASME Standards under ISO 9000 Environment. Preparation of documents on equipments, Sub assemblies related to complete fire protection system Co-ordination with inspection agency and erection teams Preparation of inspection schedule, daily QA/QC activities and arranging for timely inspections as per projects schedules. Preparation of handling over documents, handling over system and follow up warranty complaints and coordination with erection team Lead the team supervisors, safety officer & storekeeper in the site.

Construction, Erection, Production, Quality  Responsible to plan day to day work in shop floor & Site maintain the records for deployment of manpower and machineries. Responsible to deploy qualified personnel to carry out the product. Responsible to carry out all activities as per planned schedule to achieve target dates.  Responsible to ensure all inspection and test requirements are fulfilled at relevant stages of manufacturing. Responsible to ensure the correct procedure, plan and drawing for the execution of work. Responsible to maintain the records of products from start to dispatch. Responsible to maintain the product and material identification and traceability to entire operation . Responsible to maintain and usage of machines in respective area. Responsible to verify and ensure all activities in the assigned area are in compliance with Drawing, Quality assurance Plane, Process sheets and applicable specification. Responsible for conducting stage wise inspection of all jobs in the workshop. Responsible to ensure the correct materials are utilized for all the works.
