1. Installation of heavy-tonnage machinery and high racks throughout the winding, assembly and formation process.2. Conduct follow-up procedures to address outstanding issues identified during the FAT.3. Collaborate closely with Research and Development (R&D) teams to refine the process recipe.4. Perform comprehensive SAT assessments encompassing mechanical, process and system checks.5. Utilize production analysis techniques to enhance manufacturing uptime, availability,  yield, OEE & cycle time. 6. Investigate bottlenecks to identify root causes with upstream and downstream processes and countermeasures to maximize throughput.7. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, encompassing machine and process specifications, drawings, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), control plans etc.

1. Engaged in developing the process flow diagram that covers the entire line for our lithium-ion cell gigafactory.2. Managing workshops with equipment suppliers to align on design requirements, develop equipment specifications, and determine critical parameters. 3. Collaborating with suppliers and construction facility teams to create the entire factory layout, optimize utility requirements, and ensure their proper placement within the layout. 4. Analyzing fire and safety considerations specific to equipment, and implementing fail-safe design measures to ensure a secure working environment. 5. Defining and communicating technical requirements, and working closely with suppliers to establish clear technical agreements. 6. Taking charge of developing FAT documentation and checklists for each equipment individually , and conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to verify equipment fitment and identify any potential challenges.7. Collaborating closely with the R&D team to drive prototype development and testing, ensuring the highest quality standards are met at our gigafactory.8. Work closely with the automation team to align on critical parameters and develop solutions in advance of equipment installation.

Involved in live projects including preparation of HAZOP report of a natural gas distribution company to identify the hazards and suggesting recommendations for mitigating the same. Also, prepared technical report and presentations on technology based safety management systems.

Got exposure of various departments, shop floor operations and worked in procurement and planning department. Worked on two major projects, " Calculation of returnable packaging of pre-parts in NHA supply chain" and "improvement in indirect material management". The projects were carried out with proper methodology, quantitative measurements and analysis.
