SAP SMB Solution Group is the BU responsible to the overall SAP Anywhere business, reporting to SAP managing board directly.Responsible to the product strategy, GTM readiness, China partner enablement and customer operation. Continued the phased roadmap to offer a native cloud solution for SMB, successfully delivered SAP Anywhere as mobile-first native cloud solution with much lower TCO and higher extensibility at the end of 2013. The product was one of the most important product announcement made in Sapphire 2013 in Beijing.Established strategic partnership with major Internet players in China for product GTM.

Incubated B1 Cloud inside SAP by a successful strategic customer co-innovation project. When the new program is approved by SAP board, delivered B1 Cloud 1.0 in 3 months as a jumpstart solution, and the product immediately became the most important global growth engine for B1 in 2012 and onwards.

Made the local development organization (ByD Crossdev China with ~100 employees) one of the most innovative team in the global R&D organization, delivered the first mobile application in SAP, established a highly collaborative working relationship with global teams.

Wicresoft is a joint venture between Microsoft and Shanghai municipal government for software outsourcing, IT services and independent software development. Setup the Technical Service department focusing on e-government and education solutions, covering the IT solution and service selling and fulfilment.
