Support of the project manager in the project planning and planning of customer inquiries and orders:• Punctual and professional execution of projects and tasks• Scheduling of material for projects, preparation of execution documents• Keeping test reports, test checklists and handover reports• Documentation in the area of responsibility, creation of inventory documents and forwarding to the commercial area• Supporting the customer's day-to-day functionality and efficiency• Provide IT support for desktops, peripherals, phone systems and mobile devices• Respond effectively to customer inquiries and communicate with them to resolve issues

As a contact for internal users in Germany and abroad for all IT questions:• Installation, configuration and administration of the Windows system• Windows Server, Active Directory (AD) in addition to DC, DNS, DHCP• Installation of a home network, connecting multiple computers and router devices• Hardware and software acquisition recommendations, including assisting the customer in assessing needs and providing justifications for equipment and services.• End-user training on basic PC maintenance, including anti-virus software and other preventative maintenance.• Answering user questions and explaining how applications and devices work
