Working on behalf of DHSC as a Site Lead in the COVID-19 Testing Program.

As Hospitality GM I had a team of 40 providing catering across 3 National Museums Northern Ireland locations. On commencing the role we mobilised and launched a new offering in the Ulster Museum in Belfast as part of the new catering contract with NMNI. Across our estates we had multiple cafés, a staff canteen, a residential centre and a private wedding venue - all of which I was responsible for ensuring delivery of only the highest standards.
