I provide full account management to schools subscribing to our software around the world. From aquiring new subscribers to renewals and customer service. The position requires good time management as well as building strong relationships with accounts while keeping up with target pressures both individually and as a team.Other duties include representing the company at events and at schools, administration work and providing support to colleagues as and when appropriate.

Create new subscribers from prospect accounts while providing customer service and upselling opportunities during trials of the product.

I am the Co-Director of this devising theatre company. Duties include organising workshops locally, working with adults and young people. This involves the administration of organising the events as well as the planning and implementation of the workshops. I also have to film and edit videos both of the workshops and any creative content we devise. Photography is also included in this and I have experience of using Adobe Photoshop and Final Cut. Our aim is to create 'theatre from scratch' using anything as a starting point. Our main influences come from silent theatre and physical theatre and we use projection and other multi media as part of our work. We tend to use a small starting point such as a lyric or a concept and build a whole performance from it. We create our work through workshop. We also work with young people and adults with the same concepts.
