As Terminal Co-Ordinator i was responsible for liaising with Airline stake holders, Airport Authority and the public in ensuring SLA's were met and resource management was efficient. My experience as a Controller ensured that all aspects of the operation were managed

I ensure the smooth running of the operation which includes delegating tasks and responsibilities to up to 100 staff members daily, making sure uniform standards and operation standards are upheld particularly high.Dealing with Airlines and reporting on any service failures.Ensuring that the stringent Health and Safety measures and Aviation standards are adhered to at all timesMeeting passengers who require extra care or assistance and escorting them through the airport. We deal with more than 600 passengers per day. Our passengers include those with reduced mobility or disabilities, foreign dignitaries, heads of state and those in the public eye. Often this role involves responding to medical emergencies and interacting with paramedics to ensure passengers are removed safely to hospital on arrival in Dublin Airport.Personally dealing with any customer queries and listening to their feedback to help identifying ways in which our service may be improved.
