I've elevated awareness in the UK, utilising my contacts to collaborate with key sectors including hospitality, travel, education, and emergency services.I personally created all the branding, content, and website, allowing SipSavvy to flourish as a side passion project that continues to make a meaningful impact.

Acquired a once-struggling, well-known bar/restaurant in the heart of Leamington Spa and transformed it into a high-end cocktail and tapas bar. Through strategic rebranding and meticulous attention to detail, I was able to attract a new, upscale clientele. I further invigorated the establishment by introducing a diverse range of events and modernising the overall ambiance, elevating it to become one of the town's premier social destinations. The venue garnered an exceptional reputation in the local community, solidifying its status as a go-to bar in the area. In January 2020 I did smmiliar with a pub in Windsor by the castle, just before being shut down due to the pandemic.After navigating the challenges of two lockdowns and gaining invaluable experience and contacts in the hospitality sector, I made the strategic decision to sell the venues and pivot towards new opportunities.

Leamington Spa

From day one, I spearheaded product development, team assembly, and strategy formulation, recruiting key figures from business and sports to back our initiative. I scaled the company from a trio to a flourishing business, leveraging my network for strategic partnerships that broadened our market reach.I secured a 75% conversion rate in sales and pilot trials, halved customer enquiries with an automated FAQ system, and maintained rapid support response times. I also onboarded influential sales agents, bolstering sales and credibility. My leadership led to the creation of innovative neuroscience apps, enriching my skills through collaboration with global leaders.

Help restructure the business to decrease costs and increase sales. We analysed everything coming in and out and introduced steps to improve the situation.

While in between jobs i decided to have 1 more summer as a holiday rep. I'm glad i had that last roll of the dice.

Dore Sport was a new division in a large organisation that needed focus and expertise to make it profitable. Having a keen interest in sport, I was offered the chance to grow the department. I handled all of the sales and marketing including relationship building with professional sports people and clubs.

Wanting to experience living in the sun for a while and broaden my world i made the step to become a holiday rep. It was a fantastic experience learning a lot about communication, sales and customer service.

I was involved at the start of a massive growth spurt in the company. I was involved in all aspects of communication while learning as much as i could from the marketing and PR departments. This was a useful time of my life picking up knowledge from some experts in their fields.

As i was already quite computer literate i became an internal and external technical support specialist solving software issues either over the phone or on site. This was more great experience in dealing with difficult clients and improved my IT knowledge.

I briefly ran a company importing cars from Japan. This really helped develop my sales skills and adapting my pitch depending on the type of person.

I had a choice after completing my GCSE's to either go to a college in Cambridge to do my A-Levels or start learning my trade in work. I chose to go in to employment as i believed i could learn more being hands on than going to a college. I learnt a lot very quickly and even became a team leader after my first year which taught me how to lead people who were much older than i was.
