I worked under the Technical Manager and my main achievement was helping to oversee the "handback" process where units in showroom condition for the switch from First Group to Abellio. This helped to cut over £1 million in charges.I gained first hand experience in project management, implementing lean and 5S processes, creating working relationships with vendors, using software such as excel and SAP. I worked closely and coordinated with contractors as well as assisting in writing health and safety reports, creating risk assessments and method statements.
