Still with SThree, I managed the Americas from Singapore for 12 months before relocating to Houston Texas to continue supporting the US in July 2016. We have a great team in the US and reduced DSO 10 days whilst billing grew by 50% and reduced > 60 day debt from 12% to 3% of the total book.

• Managed one staff in HQ & 20 Lettings Offices, 9 Survey Offices & 50 Residential Sales Offices reported to me for debtors & invoicing on £65m sales.• Developed new Stats Reporting for KFH’s Survey Dept’s Sales & Commissions to aid business growth plans.• Provided cash forecasts, KPI’S and targets for all business disciplines.• Over 60 days balances down to 5% of ledger & DSO down to 28 days. • Wrote and implemented Credit Control Procedures, managed bad debt provisions and legal referrals.
