My career has encompassed roles in both private and public sectors in the Midlands, Wales and across central England. Having developed my career in Gloucestershire, I returned to my home town of Shrewsbury in 2013 to open and manage the Shrewsbury office for a national property consultancy firm for 6 years. I co-founded Atchams in 2019 with David Lancaster. I specialise in the provision of valuation reports, strategic property consultancy, compulsory purchase, landlord and tenant matters, renewables, strategic estate management, acquisitions and disposals. I have a proven track record in producing valuation reports to client requirements. Dealing with renewables and strategic consultancy, I am committed to getting results for the client and offering honest and open advice. I provide advice throughout the midlands, north west, Wales and central England on a wide variety of property types. I have acted on numerious rent review and tenancy negotiations across a wide range of properties. I am regularly involved in the Arbitration process. I have a detailed knowledge of the relevant legislation coupled with experience and market knowledge. I have experience as Expert Witness including preparation for and appearing in Arbitrations and Valuation Tribunal. I have dealt with a significant number of compulsory purchase matters across the UK for claimants and acquiring authorities.I have acted for private landowners in delivering successful renewable energy projects including Wind Turbines, Anaerobic Digesters, Solar Farms and Biomass Boiler schemes. I have provided valuations for numerous banks, pension funds and private clients.I am an appointed examiner of the CAAV National Exams.I am a visiting Lecturer at Harper Adams University College and regularly provide commentary on rural matters to the BBC.
