This study looked at the way consumers make choices about which analgesics to purchase, the steps they take and the touchpoints that influence them. This study was conducted in emerging markets. We provided clear insights showing very different patterns of behaviour in the emerging markets to the UK and this has helped to guide the marketing mix for the upcoming launch. Project managed the qualitative element for the first wave of a tracker for a pharmaceutical company, the largest project in the healthcare team. This looked at the client's stakeholder relationships in multiple countries using depth telephone interviews. This was the baseline wave for measuring future results against. Developed the topic guides and produced reports for each market. Project managed an NPD study for a healthcare company. Conducted semi-structured qual interviews exploring 3 different concepts for new services. Presented to the client and internal stakeholders and the insights were used to help develop and refine the concepts to make them more appealing to consumers. Show less

Selected Contributions: Project managed a large multicountry tracker study for a technology company which was used to measure the performance of sales teams in each country and to inform global strategy. This was the largest project at Harris UK. The study necessitated making regular trips to the US for up to 2 weeks at a time to finalise the reporting and deliverables with the client. Introduced new efficiencies each wave to save time and reduce risk of errors. Mentored and supervised more junior colleagues Project managed an ad hoc project for a technology company looking at start up companies in the US and EMEA and benchmarking the results against the main tracker. This study was challenging due to the limited amount of sample available and to the need for a CATI-to-online recruitment methodology.
