• Lead the planning, coordination and control of operations for the provision of specialized security services.• Provide strategic direction and develop and implement strategies aligned with organisational objectives.• Provide strong leadership, ensuring to develop a high performing managerial team and motivate employees to ensure maximum performance.• Oversee operational mandates and requirements both locally and internationally.• Manage the delivery of close protection services (SIA certified – exp 2019).

• Lead strategic, technical and operations aspects of the company, developing strategies to enhance performance and drive business development.• Ensure adherence to legal guidelines, governance practices and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.• Oversee the provision of all Armed Security Services and Armed Security Detail for personal, business and corporate clients.• Control the booking register from all new installations, repairs and additions.• Ensure technical staff are adequately trained and Armed Security personnel are current by supervising range visits.• Register and maintain company firearms and ammunition.• Audit all departments and the stock issuing system.• Manage the Control Room and ensure Armed Response rosters are completed and the control room equipment is checked, working and backed-up.• Provide on-site training to clients and run in-house technical workshops.• Oversee the fleet of vehicles for both Technical and Armed Response.• Manage 35 staff members, providing guidance and leadership to drive performance.
