Loved to work with the concept of organisational sense making, where we can usually find a significant majority who recognise themselves in Kafka's, ”plight of the individual caught up in the remorseless logic of an irrational system”. Key input into attaining Training Quality Standard (TQS) and a Grade 2 Ofsted InspectionManaged a Department within ETS and had responsibility for designing new Business Impact methods and building client relationships.

Responsibility for training department that delivers to 15,000 learners per annum, managing a £1m budget and overseeing 40 staff. Had key role in strategic direction of business.

As Director of Learning I had sole responsibility for coordinating all aspects of both the Education and Golf Coaching Programmes, to 42 students at two separate sites.
