Moved from this post at the request of senior managers due to a need for an experienced manager to lead response policing within Exeter following the retirement of the post holder.Took command of 10 sergeants and 72 constables providing 24/7 emergency cover across the greater Exeter area. Also responsible for management of level one crime and associated performance.Was selected to join the Devon County Council High Expectations programme regarding management and leadership development.Recruitment and specialist operations selection board member.TRiM team leader for Devon.
