I am the Managing Director for Fair Ways who deliver a comprehensive range of Mental Health, Social Care and Educational services to vulnerable and complex children, young adults and families across the South of England including Wales. For the past 5 years I have been overseeing the operations and governance of the charity. I am a member of the Executive Committee and Trustee Board contributing to the overall leadership of the charity. I have been working within special educational needs and the social care sector for over 17 years. During my career I have had the opportunity to carryout a number of key roles such as the Registered Manager of a residential crisis service and the Head Teacher of an Independent special school for young people with Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs achieving 'OUTSTANDING' inspection gradings across all categories. During my journey Fair Ways have supported me to complete two degrees and a masters degree building up a wide range of qualifications and experience in managing corporate risk, safeguarding and overseeing and leading services regulated by Ofsted and CQC.
