• Drove the successful completion of an IS transformation project forming part of a global transformation initiative to move to a service based, standardised model; migrating 12,000 users to Windows XP• Achieved recognition when the principals and solutions developed in the UK were used as a blueprint to deploy the solution to 8 other countries and a total of 60,000 users• Responsibility for the execution of a Technical Design Authority, ensured Architectural Principals were adhered to, and all solutions or products fit to the Business and Technology roadmaps• Originated the integration pattern for the new IT provisioning system to the HR Oracle People System, additionally planned a deployment solution to minimise the impact on the WAN and LAN during both deployment and ongoing BAU installations• Worked closely with 3rd party suppliers to ensure compliance and delivery, built effective and mutually beneficial relationships, presented at regular Q&A Forums for Stakeholders and Programme Sponsors

• Ran a global transformation project migrating 40,000 users from 50 domains to a single environment• Provided expert architectural guidance and produced requirements documents for all aspects of the Technical Solution

• Controlled an IS Transformation project migrating 30,000 users from multiple NT4\2000 domains to a single Windows 2003 AD; developed an automated build and application deployment solution based on Altiris• Justified the use of Login Scripts and developed a framework to allow future Login script changes to be made easily and without in depth scripting knowledge• Designed solutions and updates across Identity Management systems, troubleshooting and testing various products including Intrust for Windows, Intrust for AD, Migration Manager for Exchange and Active Directory, Recovery Manager, Exchange Migration Wizard and Domain Migration Wizard
