Responsibilities • Technical management of the INCA Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). • Management of INCA development staff including 13 developers, 5 testers, 1 technical author, 5 support staff and third party partners (40% of the company)• Work included development, testing, documentation, work package, budget. roadmap, program management and coaching. • Recruitment, retention and release of personnel, redundancy consultations and rebuilding of the department post acquisition. • Involvement in all stages of the INCA project lifecycle, from pre-sales, initial requirement gathering, costing, system analysis, architectural design, scope of works, project planning, delivery and training.
