This was one of my most recent clients that I have worked with. It is a brand new distance learning website and I was asked to come up with and submit some ideas for potential logos that they would use as their official logo. Over a few weeks I submitted logo designs and worked with them in making logo changes until they decided on the final design.

I was given the task of working on the OWNRP website by creating a new one from scratch as their current one hadn’t been updated in many years. Also, while studying interactive media I did some work experience with Outer West from January to April 2016. During the time I performed day to day tasks such as helping setup their Mac suite located in their community culture hub as well as working on revamping their current website.

Over a number of weeks I worked as part of a group to create sign language videos that were to be used within the college to teach those that have experienced hearing loss. We worked with two women within that department to record the series of videos on different topics where. We did this by having them sign a list of different words in sequence and then overlaying the words on top of the video.

For this project, myself along with the rest of my peers were asked to create individual short films using visuals from various pieces of media from history. The videos were then shown to older patients in the Waterside Hospital as a way of letting them see some things from their past. For my short film I put together a compilation of scenes from old movies that were released around the 50s and 60s.

The Cruise Centre was one of my very first clients that I have worked with as part of a group in making a promotional video for their own use. The final video that we created for Cruise Centre included an interview with the owner as well as footage of the location and the activities they are involved in. The Cruise Centre is based in Campsie industrial estate, Derry/Londonderry.
