> Responsible for managing the production and delivery of high value, class leading transaction and due diligence analysis and traffic/revenue forecasts for projects with a combined value in excess of £20bn. > Client facing role, having direct involvement with airport and airline management teams, as well as senior investors and financiers within some of the World’s largest investment firms. > Involvement on the majority of global airport transaction in the last three years, including:o 2014: Toulouse Airporto 2014: Greek Regional Airportso 2014: Vienna Airport partial equity stakeo 2014: Dalaman and Bodrum Airportso 2013-2014: New Istanbul Airporto 2013-2014: Kansai and Itami Airports in Japano 2012: Edinburgh and Newcastle Airports> Managing a highly focussed and specialist team in delivering every project on-time, above client expectation and outperforming company efficiency targets. > Development of in-house tools to manage large datasets covering aviation, demographic and macro-economic information to drive efficiencies and consistency in market intelligence. Similar processes completed to effectively manage consultancy department resources and internal performance management.> Extensive knowledge of data sources to support story-line arguments for airport development and benchmarking analysis across the globe, including industry standard databases such as Sabre/IATA MIDT, CAA Survey, national statistic offices, World Bank/IMF/Eurostat, OAG/Innovata schedules, low cost fare data etc. > Lead team member on ‘ad-hoc’ assignments, working on projects as diverse as aerospace development opportunities, advising the Welsh Government on APD, production of airport and air service economic impact assessments, PSO bid cases and supporting responses to the Davies Commission. > Liaison with Loughborough University’s Centre for Built Environment and supervising an EngD student from the University, working within RDC for a four-year period.

> Working alongside the MD and FD, my role was primarily responsible for commercial and route development at the airport, including revenue forecasting and budget setting. > Creation of route development pitch documents to airlines, as well developing the airport’s commercial offering, including the appointment of new retail providers in the terminal and managing the tender of new car parking equipment (both physical and online systems). > Support for the airport’s original Masterplan document as well as partaking in public consultation on its release. > Management and reporting of traffic and revenue KPI data.

> Analysis on Council wide database of road traffic collisions to direct capital investment in new road safety schemes, as well as providing supporting analysis to other Council transport departments.> Delivery of research on road traffic collisions to various stakeholder groups (both internal and external). > In partnership with the SYPTE, successfully pitched to DfT for £150k in funding for innovative road safety schemes implemented across South Yorkshire. Pitch was an evidence-based approach of targeting specific road users over-represented in road traffic collisions, combing accident and demographic data on a detailed postcode/SOA level.
