Leading a team Project Managers and managing a portfolio of projects aimed at revenue growth, optimisation and protection. A challenging role that I am greatly enjoying and I really enjoy the people management aspect of the role. I am now responsible for ensuring the team delivers strong levels of performance which means delivering projects on time, to budget and in-line with objectives.

Project Manager leading projects of small to medium complexity generally lasting up to 8 months duration. These projects were aimed at delivering revenue growth, optimisation and protection. I was also involved in work on business transformation and process improvement across my business.It was a very dynamic role that I enjoyed greatly and only felt the need to move on due to the opportunity of the team managers role, Head of Revenue Development, becoming vacant.

My role was to manage the implementation of change into Cards Operation. I was also responsible for managing the Cards Change Impact Assessment process. In this role I also got my first taste of project management and I have been attracted to roles of this nature ever since.

Joining RBSG after completing my A-Levels undertaking a variety of roles in the Retail and Commercial Card Operations Business. I initially started in the Call Centre as a Customer Services Advisor (CSA).I then moved into The Cards Fraud Operation as Fraud Detection Analyst. This is essentially a specialised CSA role dealing with cases where customers have been exposed to fraudulent activity.
