Current- As a member of Product team at Priority, I lead the development of innovative card processing and merchant funding solutions, driving the product lifecycle from concept to launch. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy and prioritize features based on market trends and customer feedback. By analyzing performance metrics and engaging directly with clients, I identify opportunities for improvement and ensure our products meet industry regulations. My focus is on empowering businesses with seamless payment solutions that enhance their financial operations.- As an integral member of common services team, spearheaded the successful launch of the common banking service engine-- a versatile backend solution that seamlessly integrates with and powers every product within the company's portfolio.- Successfully orchestrated the integration of Passport (Advanced Banking Solution) with MoneyGram, revolutionizing our payment landscape by introducing CASH as a dynamic and innovative payment method. My responsibilities involved orchestrating API integrations, implementing strategic UI changes, and developing a detailed solution with flow diagrams.- Spearheaded the integration of Passport, with 3rd party for BSA/AML and Fraud Monitoring(Regulatory Compliance Requirement). I ensured the meticulous creation and delivery of all necessary reports and files strictly adhering to the defined template and compliance cadence. The project's complexity was compounded by Passport's broad transaction use cases, making it a challenging yet successful endeavor.
