• Successfully manage a team of recruiters including mid-level experienced recruiters and freshers.
• Manage a team target.
• Responsible for working with each recruiter to ensure they understand the requirements and have a clear understanding of how and what they need to find
• Follow-up with each recruiter throughout the day to ensure they are working as discussed / they are on target
• If required, perform searches with recruiter to show them exactly how and what needs to be done to find the right candidates.
