Led end-to-end design process and development circle at Bare Metal Cloud, the most valuable IaaS product at Selectel which is used by 23 000+ IT companies around EMEA. Here I defined problems, validated solutions and conducted user research in order to design and test interfaces for web-site (selectel.ru), client control panel (my.selectel.ru) and internal admin panel, including desktop and mobile platforms.• Launched Bare Metal Cloud in The Netherlands and Uzbekistan by designing internal tools for managing locations• Led design and development of 4 components and its guidelines for Selectel's Design System that is used by more than 100 employees• Initiated and conducted 20+ qualitative and quantitative user research studies• Boosted UX research processes by launching a new product that allows users to share their experience and feedback with product teams, while product teams get engaged respondents easily.

After iOrtho I came back to WNM with a new role and responsibilities. Here I launched 20+ mobile apps, web sites, landing pages and special projects for Blizzard, Logitech, Epic Games and Disney. In summary, the projects have reached 100+ million users.

Led a team of 8 employees and used design thinking to build a digital marketing tunnel for a dental network in Moscow, Kyiv and Saint-Petersburg. These measures helped us to increase sales rate up to 80% by a year by launching 7 landing pages and brand style redesign.

WNM Digital is a creative and development agency which is focused on gaming clients such as Blizzard Entertainment, Electronic Arts, My.Games and Epic Games. Here I launched 6 desktop and mobile apps integrated to VK with a lot of gamification and personalization feautres using video game’s and VK’s API.

Defined user and business needs and led development at GabeStore, an e-tailer which is focused on selling video games for PC with 350 000+ clients. In the result, I have engaged 207 000 new customers (+51%) by 2 years.

I started my career as a copywriter at IGM, the most popular gaming community on VK, one of the biggest social media platforms. I provided entertainment content and ads for a 3,5 million audience.
