The Strategy Analyst role entails developing strategic initiatives for senior leadership and identifying process improvement opportunities for current fraud management processes, with the overarching goal of mitigating CIBC's exposure to fraud losses from Identity Theft, Impersonations Scams, and more at a customer level. Key Achievements: • Pitched strategic initiative and marketing deliverables to the Senior Vice-President, and successfully secured $750K in project funding • Led marketing strategy approach for a digital solution and delivered pitch to leadership on opportunities and next-steps for omni-channel capabilities • Spearheaded high-level strategy, market research and solution design to develop first-in-Canada solution for delinquent account servicing, with annual projected cost savings of $11MM • Oversaw project pipeline planning and led marketing campaign strategy for an enterprise initiative focusing on fraud education for clients and frontline agents, making CIBC the first in Canadian banking to launch proactive fraud education for clients • First in financial services to design client-facing educational material for National Fraud Prevention Month, which will be distributed in CIBC banking centres across Ontario, Alberta and BC
