Within the R&T departement, I am driving projects with the purpose to lead future production technologies to an industrial maturity (TRL1>6), in collaboration with academics partners and industrial suppliers around following themes:-Additive Manufacturing -Flowforming-Assembly-NDT-MachiningMy goal is to asses these technologies in an aerospace perspective, as well as an implementation in our factory or our supply chain and according aeronautics and Safran quality standards.The study of these technologies goes through test campaign and material characterisation in order to establish their conditions of use, as well as the backwards processes (NDT, heat treatment and special processes).A second phase consists in an industrialisation study as well as a cost and lead time evaluation in order to study the impact of these technologies on our activities and our supply chain.Those activities allow me to put in practise and develop my project management skills, suppliers management, knowledge of production technics (layout, DVI), and the special processes associated to metals.As part of my Lean 6 Sigma training, I realise one project which enables me to apply DMAIC, VSM, Kaizen principles in production and quality. I am leading several lean activities in support of production ramp-ups with cost/lead time reduction objectives.

I study propeller flutter (turboprop & Open-rotor) by the mean of aerodynamics characterisation and aeroelastic computation. I am part of the evaluation of new software I use to assess the performance of new geometries and configurations.

I set up one FEA model for a technologic demonstrator (Electric Green Taxing) in order to correlate computations and ground tests. I am part of the test implementation and manage its progress.
