Enterprise Management Portals ("Emportals") authored Cloud Applications and Web Portals to empower users through easier and more efficient web access to corporate ERP systems and data. Emportals authored a Web Development Framework ("Empower") enabling easy creation of Web Services for common business processes. Empower provided a web UI layer, for users to update Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems using functional rich web lists and forms posting to Web APIs and Micro-services into Microsoft Dynamics ERP. Empower was designed as the bedrock to build a web user interface to Microsoft Dynamics SL, enabling users to process any Dynamics SL data via the web. Emportals used the Empower Web Services to create a sophisticated integration between Microsoft Dynamics SL and Dynamics CRM. The Dynamics ERP ‘Finance and Project’ was maintainable from within Dynamics CRM/xRM, including all applicable ERP business logic. This offered a latest technology cloud interface to access and process ERP data, delivering sophisticated project management and accounting functionality in a first class web interface.

Project Lead for the ‘Aluminium, Manganese and Nickel’ (AMN) business in the global IM Services Improvement programme ‘IMSI’ implementing new Service Management tools and processes. This was a Project Management role for the implementation of the ServiceNow application and BHP Billiton’s defined processes for Enterprise Services Management. The AMN business has Assets in Western Australia, Southern Africa and South America, introducing the complexities of a global project. The AMN Assets have a mix of in-sourced and out-sourced Service Delivery creating a diversity of challenges in managing the deployment vendor, local service providers and BHP Billiton Asset resources. This role also included Organisational Change Management ‘OCM’.On completion of Release 1.0 and 1.1 of IM Service Improvement global project for AMN I transitioned to WA Iron Ore and had my contract extended for a further year. This role was cut short by an offer for a permanent position within BHP Billiton Group Business Information Systems 'GBIS' in Singapore.
