I created Materialization model to provide space on the ship for Long tail accounts which led to incremental $5 Million revenue/ annually.At Oyo, I increased the Occupancy rate/ Fill rate of 1,000+ venues pan India by process improvement on lead serve time, expanded event portfolio from wedding events to additional events etc.Currently at ZEE5, I drive SVOD subscription revenue via B2B partnerships - Telcos, Loyalty partners, Payment gateways etc. I created ISP Category from scratch to INR 20 Cr+ revenue vertical, designed simplified customer journeys, negotiated commercials and onboarded Distributors to tap regional markets, set processes for sharing creatives and resolving customer issues to ensure quicker go-to-market and servicing.I'm also a published author of a fiction thriller novel - Then There were Three and working on my second book - The Mountain Child.
