Inspired to enter the Health Care industry from a life long desire to help others, an attention to detail, academic excellence, and an insatiable curiosity with the human body and its amazing feats. Through service projects and collegiate experiences in organizations such as bands and fraternities, I have learned to be an effective leader from the middle, and decisive communicator. While not called to take charge of an organization, a meticulous attention to detail helps polish any group effort and address issues and mistakes others might have missed, while also inspiring others to strive for their own excellence.   Organize and preside over the fraternity's various committees, responsible for taking the place of any missing office including President. Have also served a year as Marshal, responsible for leading new members through the rushing process, organizing all events involved in the initiation of said new members and coordinating with the rest of the chapter. Treasurer for one year, had to collect dues from all members and budget the operations of the chapter for that year as well as the upcoming taxes.
