I oversee the management of business licensing, building permits, zoning checks, and certificate of occupancy for over 160 commercial locations, many of which include multiple sites. I source, hire, and collaborate with external vendors such as architects, fire prevention companies, and contractors to ensure properties comply with regulatory codes. Additionally, I partner closely with the Director of Compliance to handle initial school license applications, renewals, and proposals for Higher Education Departments nationwide. My responsibilities extend to conducting data analysis and internal audits, as well as preparing and submitting student demographic reports to state agencies across the country.

I led the recruitment, training, and professional development of a team comprising 9 Business Development Specialists and 4 administrative professionals across newly established sites in 5 states. I conducted regular mid-year and end-of-year employee reviews, established and monitored individual and team goals, and ensured comprehensive revenue generation across all 9 schools. In collaboration with local and national partners such as Swift, PAM, Publix, and Amazon, I facilitated high-quality CDL training programs for their employees. I conducted weekly audits of student enrollments, withdrawals, and drops, providing leadership with detailed regional performance updates and recommending necessary adjustments. Additionally, I managed all customer disputes and issues, fostering a proactive approach through weekly check-ins with my team.

I effectively managed day-to-day office operations, handling client greetings, phone inquiries, and fostering productive relationships with real estate agents and brokers. I successfully coordinated contracts with marketing companies and efficiently processed commission checks. Additionally, I meticulously oversaw the management of employee files, facilitated seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintained regular communication of company updates. I also contributed to operational efficiency by drafting and implementing new standard operating procedures (SOPs).

I spearheaded recruitment and training initiatives for customer service agents, overseeing a team of 18 employees across two stores. I managed store inventory, coordinated outfitting for local swim teams, and ensured smooth day-to-day operations. Addressing escalated customer complaints, I focused on effective resolutions and cultivated relationships with local teams to secure pool space contracts. Additionally, I maintained current certifications for swim instructors, facilitated enrollment in swim lessons for children, and collaborated with external vendors for pool and facility maintenance.
