Started as a full-time barista. I was heavily involved in the start-up of a second location in Evans, GA. I was promoted to assistant store manager of the downtown location, where my responsibilities include keeping inventory, scheduling, ordering, and managing staff.

Full-time server at a popular restaurant in the heart of NoDa, a busy neighborhood in Charlotte, NC. I was quickly promoted to work events and caterings.

Started as a part-time server and later promoted to full-time general manager. I was responsible for running the website, social media accounts, hiring and scheduling staff, having extensive knowledge of food and alcohol, pricing, & back-end POS. I installed a new POS system, an online reservation system, and online scheduling. During my time here, I refined my barista skills & bartending skills with a 60+ craft cocktail menu.

Started as a bayhost and was later promoted to shift lead and event ambassador at one of Topgolf's most popular locations. I was tasked with setting up and managing scheduled events, as well as overseeing staff and their responsibilities.
