The hunger started in high school when e-commerce was on the rise! Business models from drop-shipping to amazon fulfillment fascinated me. With a parent who had flown for Delta over 20 years there was a lot of influence to go into aviation. While the title of Delta airline pilot sounded nice, I knew my personality would thrive in the business world. Flying came very naturally and I loved the feeling of soaring through the skies which landed me at Middle Tennessee State University. Following my freshman year and getting my privates pilots license, that business itch was tingling from high school. Sticking true to my gut feeling I returned to Georgia where I got accepted into one of the best business schools in the country! The University of Georgia opened so many doors for me to get plugged in and excel in the business world! My first semester I was able to land a job with Kroger where I could build upon my customer service skills. After a year of fine tuning my skills with Kroger I began working remotely with Caryn Health Solutions. This opportunity allowed me to further my personal and learned knowledge about marketing in the real world. They have helped push me to work on my creativity while building robust programs to enhance their marketing department. While I don't have 10,000 hours as a marketer, they have given me the confidence to feel like an expert at what I'm doing and challenge me with new tasks. I am excited to take the past job opportunities and experiences I have and use them effectively with whoever I may work with in the future. Sales and marketing has shown me that you won't have every answer to every question, but to be teachable and not give up fuels me to be the best I can.
