My goal is to provide outstanding service to my customers. Over the past ten years I have developed project management experience from leading projects that have deliverables such as: equipping our stores with the tools and resources necessary to attend classes virtually, customer experience and sales analysis and coaching, training program structure and layout, curriculum design, enhanced ATM and tablet utilization, advanced licensing and development programs, and improving the customer experience effectiveness of facilitators in the classroom. I am extremely successful at managing the project aspects of scope, length, risk, communication, cost, and time management of the projects I manage. This success is proven though my ability to analyze the need of my stakeholders and exceed their expectations. As a consultant I communicate and present daily. I receive outstanding reviews and remarks for my participants, observers, and managers who attend my classes. My experience as a banker, manager, and consultant allow me to analyze the needs of my customer and leadership, while providing outstanding deliverables on the teams and projects I lead.
