Hacienda Mexican Restaurants is a chain of restaurants serving high quality Mexican cuisine. HMR also strivesto bring a fun, entertaining, and cozy environment to its customers. Every day HMR servers hundreds of diners during lunch and dinner hours throughout Indiana. -Served customers with great enthusiasm and professionalism in order to bring the best experience possible to many of ours hundreds of customers a day-Cleaned the 1,000+ square foot restaurant and its furniture every night -Stocked and restocked food, drinks, silverware, etc. while serving customers in order to ensure the quickest and best eating experience possible

Marion High School is the local high school for the city of Marion. It has about 1000 students every year. It hires workers during the summer to help the custodians and maintenance department in order to prepare the school for the up coming school year.-Moved and arranged pieces of furniture ranging from small to large (~100 pounds) where ever asked to make classes and offices ready for students-Adapted to environment (moved around to where help was need, sometimes at a moments notice) when thrown into a fast paced manual labor enviroment-Drove box trucks full of valuable furniture, supplies, and office equipment to and from storage to get needed items to school and surplus items to storage

The Little Giants Wrestling Club teaches the fundamentals of wrestling to grade school children. The coaches not only teach wrestling but instill the values of hard work, dedication, and responsibility to the children at an early age.-Worked with young children from the ages of 6 to 11 years of age to teach the fundamentals of wrestling-Taught that the fundamentals of a great athelete are those of a great person as well, things such as determination, hard work, and responsibility will go a long way in life-Kept children safe during practise by showing the correct techniques and moves and emphasizing the importance of good hygiene during wrestling-Coached each child individually during 8 different tournaments and invitationals in order to take the skills and techniques coached to the next level

The United Basketball team works with the Special Olympics in order to teach learning disabled high school aged students the fundamentals of basketball. Every year they bring the benefits of sports to special education students all across the country.-Made connections with students with an array of mental and physical disabilities to create bonds of trust and friendliness to ease the coaching process-Played and coached with a team of about 10 special education students with about 5 other student volunteers through about 5 games -Practiced with the team for an hour everyday after school to build upon the fundamentals of basketball and teamwork-Encouraged those sitting out of the game to cheer and encourage their teammates in hopes of teaching the importance of comradery and team bonding

The Splash House is a water park in Marion, Indiana, that has one of the largest waves pools in Indiana. It also has three sides, a lazy river, and two concession stands. It operates every year during the Summer months.-Handled an average of $1000 a day at the concessions stands front desk -Served food to many of the parks 1000 daily visitors in a crowded and high paced environment-Cleaned the parks 30,000 square feet of deck space to promote a safe and hygienic place to swim and eat -Searched every customer's bag in order to keep residents safe -Enforced height and age requirements to keep children too small or too young from entering areas they should not be in and keeping them safe-Took head count of about 1000 visitors every day to report to managers the level of attendence
