I found passion in the technological world. I love computers, using them, fixing them and getting them to work. I discovered that love while I was an aspiring psychologist. I thought that after school I would go into post graduate work and become a therapist. I loved the idea of being there for people and helping them through tough times. After tinkering with a computer, I decided to build, I realized how empty I felt, doing hours of research trying to understand the human mind. I moved forward and took some classes and fell more in love. I kept tinkering and building on the foundation I had started and soon was in the Geek Squad at my local Best Buy. Fixing computers and helping people understand and use the technology they were so interested in. I love people, and I love helping them understand and love the technology that makes our world go round. I specialize in hardware currently but am delving into more software and security-based specializations. I am working on my CompTIA A+, Security + and Networking +. I haven’t found exactly what I want to do yet, but I know that it’ll revolve around computers and my drive to protect and help people.
