I am a Senior pursuing a dual-degree in Real Estate and Professional Sales at Florida State University with a passion for building lasting connections and creating value in the market.My freshman year, I was part of an Entrepreneurship and Innovation living learning community, where I cultivated my passion for innovation and creativity, laying the foundation for my journey in the business world.During my time as an Acquisitions Intern at Woolbright Development, I gained in-depth expertise in acquisitions and asset management, mastering key tasks such as abstracting leases, calculating rent rolls, and constructing pro formas to evaluate property performance and investment potential. I conducted extensive market research, analyzing vacancy rates in regional malls across Florida and the Carolinas, while identifying potential tenants for vacant spaces in our shopping centers. I also led a solo project in Austin, Texas, where I evaluated over 300 shopping centers to uncover value-add opportunities.
