About Garrett Law

Attention Span is a forward-thinking business strategy and marketing agency, focused on food, sports and healthcare. I co-founded ASM with some great colleagues - we are entrepreneurial, hardworking and passionate about what we do. Prior to ASM, I focused on television and broadcasting, M&A and tech. In 2004, I became the [youngest in LA] General Manager of KHIZ-TV, overseeing all day-to-day operations. At the same time, I was VP and board member of the station's parent company, Sunbelt Television, and CFO of majority shareholder Initial Broadcasting. Our first scripted TV production earned us an EMMY award (my first, as executive producer).Out of college, I received an appointment from the Harvard Urban Service Fellowship to serve on the staff of the Mayor of Boston, where I was an analyst with the Boston Fire Department. After the year, the Boston Fire Department asked me to stay for another year which I gladly accepted. I have had the pleasure of serving with several non-profits, including as a board member of the Project Hope Alliance and Find the Cause Breast Cancer Research Foundation. I’m currently Chairman of the board of the Cancer Nutrition Consortium.
