Wrote a property management plan for a $4 million, 426-acre property along the Noyo River, assessing the future opportunities for habitat restoration and public access through a trail network. Implemented habitat monitoring surveys assessing the temperature, velocity, and depth of streams and rivers (following CHaMP protocol). Compiled a report of aforementioned data used to plan for the introduction of large woody debris (LWD) to increase pool depth, fish cover, and habitat complexity.
