I am responsible for supporting the creation and execution of marketing, reporting and analytics processes as defined by the client. I am considered a subject matter expert on my client's data sources and have become intimately familiar with the database, email data and preference data including the key business rules that drive our data outputs. I understand and create complex ETL processes, create and execute complex campaigns and work hand in hand with the internal client as well as the external client. I effectively utilize programming tools and applications such as raw SQL, Informatica, Unica, Adobe Campaign Classic, Sales Force, Sql Server, and Oracle to accomplish my assigned tasks. Due to my knowledge and skill set, I have been asked to train new employees across clients for several different tools that my company uses. I work in a fast changing, Technically innovative environment while continually thinking outside the box to provide process improvements and efficiencies. I manage day to day operations, Projects and assign the needed resources for my team. I am considered a lead and "go to person" on my team of 6 onshore, 4 offshore resources, as well as provide consult to other client teams on methodologies so that my company can grow and continue to provide more value to our clients. I have been asked to interview new employee candidates and have been instrumental in staffing, the project estimation process, and project builds. I have experience working with multiple clients in Pharma, Consumer Products, Communications, consumer Experiences, Utilities and Nutrition. I am capable of refreshing, modifying, and building reports within the Business Objects Tool and have shadowed the New Client Acquisition Team as they build new business pitches as a response to RFIs or RFPs.
