In charge of all forecasting, demand and supply planning, purchasing, inbound logistics, production planning, and stock levels in North America and Europe for House of Discs

I manage and oversee purchasing, production, and product development for dozens of product lines and thousands of SKUs. I work with production partners across Europe and Asia, utilizing demand and supply planning, forecasting, and statistical and economical analysis to create an efficient turn rate of inventory. I work closely with our Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to help facilitate profitable revenue growth and increased market share in the Disc Golf industry.

I was responsible for overseeing the Amazon Fulfilment team's work of moving, packaging, and shipping thousands of items on a weekly basis to Amazon fulfillment centers. This included tracking 500+ SKUs' inventory, turnover rate, profitability, and tracking changes in demand and lead times to ensure adequate stock levels in fulfilment centers
