Rural by choice, I moved to Emporia, KS in 2018 to attend Emporia State University (ESU) where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2021. While I was finishing my degree, I began working part-time at the Dynamic Discs retail store on Emporia Main Street. I've always enjoyed disc golf, the company culture valued that my education came first, so it was a great fit. After I graduated, I was promoted to the Accounting Team where I really began to grow with the company. By 2022, I was Auction Manager in charge of exclusive online sales and auctions: forecasting trends and creating/maintaining a following for Trilogy products through social media platforms. in 2023, I added managing and re-imagining the very retail store that I started my journey in. I coordinated the design and layout of the Dynamic Discs Emporia ProShop to be a retail experience and one-stop-shop for beginners to professionals. An atmospheric and supportive environment where a consumer can shop, throw, demo, and experience disc golf through a different lens. My growth won't end here, as I intend to continue innovating and developing as a professional and person. This pathway I've carved has been such a journey, and I'm excited to see what's next to come!
